In their scope of work, description of what type of work they do, it says no job too small. Also say they paint auto bodies. I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I simply want to have my grille painted a different color. I am making some other upgrades to my Jeep, and I'm not a stranger to farming out parts to have work done, and then going to get my part when the work has been completed. I was told by Kat that they couldn't paint a part that they did not supply, and to give me their warranty they would have to supply the part. Whoa. Wait a minute. This just doesn't compute! So. I asked her, well if I had my car painted, that since it's a conglomeration of original parts, that they aren't supplying, that they couldn't paint it?? She said that was Calibers policy. Surely she didn't mean that. Or. Maybe she did. I'm confused. All I wanted to do was take my perfectly good grille, that will be off my Jeep anyway for some other work, and I wanted repainted in a different color. Guess the no job too small doesn't work for everyone. Or. Is it they just wanted to sell me a new grille so they could paint it??
